Terms and Conditions of Sales

Dealers who click agree to the Terms and Conditions of sale and who submit dealer applications agree to comply in full with the Terms and Conditions of Sale. These terms apply to whether the purchase is made through the Seastainable Supply, Inc. website, via telephone/text or in person. 

It is agreed that purchases made on your account will be paid within terms of payment upon ship or pickup. N.S.F. ”Bounced” Checks will carry a $50 re-deposit fee. I understand all livestock sales are final. Dealers hereby authorize Seastainable Supply, Inc. to contact and verify the references I have provided above, or statements or other data obtained from me or any other person pertaining to credit and financial responsibility. I understand that Seastainable Supply, Inc. will pursue any credit card chargebacks as fraud after a shipment has shipped. I further understand there is a minimum order of $350.00. By checking agree dealers/customers attest that all information contained in their application is true and accurate. Seastainable Supply, Inc. does its best to make sure all livestock arrives alive. No other warranties or guarantees are expressed or implied. Seastainable Supply, Inc. reserves the right to change customer terms without notice.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE WEBSITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Seastainable Supply does not provide ANY warranty implied or otherwise on any live products. Any replacement or credit is at Seastainable Supply’s sole discretion. 

All dry goods are warranted by their respective manufacturer. Seastainable Supply does not offer/provide any warranty, except through the manufacturer of the product.

All Seastainable supply manufactured product is warrantied to be free from defects for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. Seastainable Supply, Inc.’s liability is limited to the value of the Seastainable Supply’s manufactured products retail price. This Warranty expires 90 days from the date of purchase. Repaired or replaced Products under this Warranty are covered for the remainder of the original Warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.

To make a Warranty claim, the Customer must:

  1. Contact the Company's Customer Support Department at info@seastainablesupply.com
  2. Provide proof of purchase, including the original purchase receipt or invoice.
  3. Describe the defect or issue with the Product.
  4. Once an RMA is generated the product will need to be shipped to our facility and a credit or replacement (decided by Seastainable Supply, inc.) will be issued upon managements approval. 

This Warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or neglect.
  • Damage resulting from acts of nature, such as fire, flood, or earthquake.
  • Damage resulting from unauthorized modifications or repairs.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents, or blemishes.
  • Consumable parts, such as batteries or carbo, etc.
